What type of payments do you accept?
We accept anything that PayPal accepts. This includes Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and eChecks. See the PayPal Site for more information.
Do I need at PayPal account?
No. Having a PayPal account makes things more convenient, but they allow payments without having an account.
Do you accept other forms of payment or barter?
Sorry, to keep things easy for use to track, all payments are handled through PayPal. If PayPal someday decides to start accepting chickens for payment, we’ll go along with that as well.
How are orders delivered?
Once payment has cleared, you will receive an email with a special link where you can download your ebooks and bonus materials.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most ordered are processed and delivered within minutes of payment. If you’ve been waiting for more than a couple hours, check your spam folders to ensure our emails haven’t been incorrectly flagged. If you still don’t find anything, feel free to contact us by email here.
Do you offer any guarantees about your products?
Yes. We guarantee you’ll be 100% happy with our products. If you aren’t, simply email us explaining why you aren’t and we’ll be more than willing to refund all your money, no questions asked.
What if I accidentally delete the eBook?
No worries. You’ll have lifetime access to the eBook and bonus materials. If you forget how to access them, just send us an email and will provide a new link for you.
Do I get access to future updates?
Yes. All updates to the book and future revisions are free. This also includes bonus materials that are added after your purchase date. And yes, we plan to continue adding bonus materials.

We’d really like to hear from you. If there are ways we can improve our current products, please let us know. As well, we hope our customers will guide us in the products they want to see in the future.

What are the computer and software requirements to open your products?
We use standard file formats such as PDF, Word, and Excel. There are free readers available for most operating systems for all the files we produce.
Where can I find software to open your files?
PDF: Adobe Reader is a free download available here. If you’re on a Mac, the Preview application can read PDFs without any extra downloads.
Word: Many programs can read Microsoft Word documents including the free OpenOffice.
Excel: Again, Excel is a widely supported type of file. If you don’t have Microsoft Office, you can try the free OpenOffice
